Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) expects to reveal Q3 2018 financial statements later on this month, the insurer said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
Wafa Insurance was unable to publish its financial results on time due to fulfilling some requirements of the company’s external auditor.
It would be difficult to measure the financial impact of delaying the publication of the nine-month period financials, the Saudi insurer added.
