Thob Al Aseel appoints new board, auditing committee members

Thob Al Aseel Co. appointed on Sunday independent board member Haitham Mohammed Al-Humaidi who will serve until the end of the term on Sept. 4, 2021, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al-Humaidi is currently a board member in Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) and National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem), among other firms.

 

In a separate statement, Thob Al Aseel said it appointed Wahdan bin Sulaiman Al-Qady as member of the auditing committee for the rest of the term.

 

The two appointments are still pending general assembly’s approval, the firm added.
