The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday said it has suspended trading on the shares of The Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) starting today (Nov.12) until the company announces its financial results for the third quarter of 2018.
The decision to suspend the stock is due to the company’s failure to announce its Q3 financial results during the statutory period as approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) board, the statement further said.
