Saudi Cement shareholders elect board members

Saudi Cement Co.’s general assembly has elected members of the board of directors for the coming three-year term starting on Jan. 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

 The new board includes Khalid A. Alrajhi, Mohammed S. Balghonaim, Khalid A. Al-Abdulkareem, Amin M. Al-Afifi , Hamad A. S. Olayan , Abdulrahman Sulaiman Al-Rajhi , Mohammed Ali Al-garni , Mubarak Al Muhaimed, Ahmed M. A-Omran , Mohammed Abdulkarim Alkereiji  and Halla W. Al-Juffali.

 

Meanwhile, they approved the audit committee and its updated regulations as well as updated bylaws.
