Saudi Arabia to build SAR 1 bln phosphorus complex

Saudi Arabia-based SADIG Industries has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Italian chemical group, Italmatch, to build an integrated phosphorus complex at a total cost of SAR 1 billion.

 

The manufacturing process will take place in Waad Al-Shamal city and Jubail Industiral City, the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) said on its Twitter account on Thursday.

 

The new joint venture was already licensed to commence operations, SAGIA added.
