UAE’s Leminar signs sub-license deal with Sharqawi to expand in Saudi Arabia

Leminar Air Conditioning Industries (Leminar) signed a manufacturing sub-license agreement with Saudi-based Sharqawi Air Distribution Systems Factory Co., a company statement said on Sunday.

Under the terms of the deal, Sharqawi will exclusively fabricate and sell the Fenland Fire Duct system (FFC) in Saudi Arabia, with technical support and raw material supplied from Leminar’s Dubai facility, when required.

“The partnership with Sharqawi is a befitting one as their manufacturing meets the highest expected quality standards, which combined with our expertise, will make way for FFC ducts to be used on every major project in the region,” Dipak Bhadra, executive director at Leminar, said.
