Saudi Ceramic’s chief executive officer resigns

Saudi Ceramic Co. said in a bourse filing that chief executive officer, Hamad Bin Abdul Aziz Aal Al Sheikh, has submitted his resignation, effective as of Dec. 31, 2018.

 

The resignation was approved today by the company’s board of directors.

 

Al Sheikh was appointed as the company’s CEO in October 3, 2016.
