Dallah recommends capital hike through bonus shares

Dallah Healthcare Co.’s board of directors has recommended a 27.12 percent capital hike to SAR 750 million from SAR 590 million through the issue bonus shares.

 

The capital hike aims to match the company's capital to its assets.

 

The process is pending approval from the general assembly and regulator.
