STC to close all branches on Wednesday to boost digital channels usage

Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) will close all branches for a day on Wednesday, Dec.19, to encourage using its digital channels, the telco said in a statement.

 

All services will be provided free of charge through the MySTC application and self-help devices, in addition to the 900 interactive SMS service, it said.

 

The digital day aims to promote performance efficiency and improve customer experience, especially after an increase in customer satisfaction was noticed upon providing services via digital platforms.
