Zoujaj appoints new board director

The National Company For Glass Industries (ZOUJAJ) appointed Mohammed Suliman Al Harbi as a new board director (independent), effective as of Jan. 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Al Harbi holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree and has an extensive experience in the management field.

 

Zoujaj’s board of directors also approved the resignation of board director, Mohammed Abdelrazek, effective as of Jan. 1, 2019.

 

Abdelrazek, who joined the board on April 9, 2017, submitted his resignation on Dec. 19, 2018, for personal reasons.

 

The board’s decisions are subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
