London-based market research group Euromonitor International has released its “Top 10 City Destinations 2018” report, which lists the world's leading cities by international tourist arrivals.

Argaam has compiled a list of the cities below:

1) Hong Kong topped the list with 29.8 million visitors

2) Thailand’s capital Bangkok came second with 23.6 million tourists

3) London received 20.7 million tourists

4) Singapore accounted for 18.9 million tourists

5) China's Macau had 18.5 million visitors

6) Paris received 16.8 million tourists

7) Dubai attracted 16.6 million tourists

8) New York had 13.5 million visitors

9) Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur attracted 13.4 million tourists

10) Shenzhen tailed the list with 12.4 million tourists
