Saudi CMA fines Saudi Cable for violating disclosure rules

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Monday has imposed a fine of SAR 10,000 on Saudi Cable Co. (SCC).

 

The cable producer has violated disclosure rules for listed companies with accumulated losses reaching 20 percent or more of their capital, the capital market regulator said in a statement.
