Saudi Arabia’s cabinet approved the maritime commercial regulations, the official gazette said.

The provisions of the new maritime commercial system are to be applied on Saudi and foreign ships that dock on Saudi ports or marine areas.

Warships and non-commercial public service vessels are exempted from these regulations, as well as the ships mentioned in specific provisions, unless there were collision, rescue or mutual marine loss incidents.

The complete list of 390-provisions can be viewed at Umm Al-Qura website.
