Hail Cement approves resignation of its board director

Hail Cement Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of the board director, Mamdouh Alsharhan, effective Jan. 4, the cement producer said in a bourse statement.

 

Alsharhan joined the company’s board on Nov. 30, 2018.
