Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Tuesday decided to exempt listed-companies from disclosing their financial results for the fourth quarter of 2018.

However, listed companies shall disclose annual financial statements for 2018, in line with the CMA’s securities listing regulations.

In November 2017, the CMA exempted listed-companies from disclosing their financial results for the fourth quarter of 2017.
