Sahara to pay dividend for H2 2018 on Jan. 31

Sahara Petrochemical Co. (Sahara) said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2018 on Jan. 31, 2019.

Shareholders of record on Jan. 20, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last August, Sahara’s board of directors recommended a 5 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, at SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 219.39 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
