AlAbdullatif elects board members for the upcoming term

AlAbdullatif Industrial Investment Co.’s general assembly has elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on Jan. 23, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Sulaiman Al Abdullatif, Abdullaziz Dulijan, Abdullatif O. S. Al Abdullatif, Fahad Al Abdullatif, Fawzy Ayoub Sabri, Majed Al Osailan and Hisham Al Asker.

 

Shareholders also approved forming the audit committee and amending the company’s bylaws.
