Saudi education, healthcare have 65% of public employees; says minister

Saudi Minister of Civil Services, Sulaiman Al-Hamdan, said that 65 percent of public employees are working in the education as well as the healthcare sectors.

 

“We are working on preparing job descriptions for more than 900 posts,” Al-Hamdan told Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper in Riyadh.

 

The ministry also launched a new program to upgrade the human resources departments in the government entities over the next two years, he added.
