CMA approves Aljazira Capital's Murabaha Fund public offering

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the public offering of the Aljazira USD Murabaha Fund by Aljazira Capital, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.

 

The CMA’s approval of the fund should not be considered as a recommendation to subscribe in the fund, the statement said.

 

The approval of the fund merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met.
