Bawan Company approves board member resignation, appoints two members

Bawan Company’s board of directors has accepted board and auditing committee member Abdulrahman Farouk Auddas resignation on Jan. 23, with an immediate effect, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

The firm’s board of directors approved the nominations and remunerations committee’s recommendation to appoint Abdulkareem Al-Nafea as an independent board of director as of today. The appointment is pending general assembly’s approval, the statement said.

The board also approved the committee’s recommendation to appoint Khalid Al-Qwaiz as a board member, replacing a decreased member, the statement added.
