TADCO chief executive to retire

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) chief executive officer Saad Alswat decided to retire as of March 31, 2019, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

TADCO’s board of directors accepted his decision and appointed him as a consultant starting from April 1, it said.

 

Operations director Yahia bin ahmed Al-Mubaraki was appointed as acting CEO until the nominations committee recommends a CEO, the statement added.
