Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Garuda Indonesia airline to cooperate on Hajj and Umrah services, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said.
Under the agreement, the two firms will provide transportation services for pilgrims through the integration of air and land transport, and upgrading the efficiency and quality of the provided services, said SAPTCO’s deputy CEO Ahmed bin Ayed Al Juhani.
The move comes as part of Vision 2030 objectives, aiming to increase the number of the pilgrims.
