Cargo volume at Yanbu Commercial Port up 45%

Yanbu Commercial Port’s total cargo handling during 2018 amounted to 4,094,883 million tons compared to 2,827,853 million tons in 2017, up by 45 percent year-on-year (YoY), the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) has reported.

This increase in cargo handling reflects the unprecedented growth in goods handling by the port as also its management's qualitative efforts to enhance the operational capacity, the report added.
