Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) has named Faisal Al Omran as chief executive officer starting from Feb. 6, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
The step came after the bank’s CEO Musaed Al Mineefi submitted his resignation effective from the same date for personal reasons.
The new CEO has a long experience in the financial sector during which he held several key positions at the bank and its affiliate companies, the statement added.
Al Faisal, who was lately SAIB’s vice CEO, had previously held the position of the head of treasury & investment department and a board member at Amlak International for Real Estate Financing and Alistithmar Capital.
