Al Rajhi REIT Fund will pay a 3.11 percent cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2018, at SAR 0.311 per unit, amounting to SAR 37.95 million, the fund manager, Al Rajhi Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 3.08 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2018, the fund manager added.
