Saudi Fransi Capital updates terms of Taleem REIT, Bonyan REIT

Saudi Fransi Capital updated the terms and conditions for both Taleem REIT and Bonyan REIT, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The changes are as follows:

 

1)  Net asset value per unit to be declared within 40 days of the Fund Manager's valuation approval.

 

2)  The annual financial statements are to be available within three months of the end of the reporting period.

 

3)  Initial financial statements are to be available within 30 days of the end of the reporting period.  

 

The updates are effective starting Feb. 12, the statement added.
