King Salman orders release of Saudi prisoners in Riyadh

King Salman ordered the release of insolvent Saudi detainees in Riyadh and also the payment of their debts, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.

 

The decision only includes detainees in rights cases with debts of less than SAR 1 million, who were proved to be legally insolvent.

 

King Salman issued this decision after inaugurating and laying the foundation stone for 1,281 projects in Riyadh, Argaam reported.
