Gulf General elects board members for the new term

Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co.’s general assembly has elected board members for the new three-year term starting on Feb. 17, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Majed D. Kareem, Saud Abdulaziz Abdullah Alsulaiman, Taher Mohammed Agueel, Mohammed Husnee Jazeel, Jawdat Moussa Al-Halabi, Mohammed Zaher Al Munajjed, Faisal Adnan Baassiri, Kareem Adabli and Jamal Al Dabbagh.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee for the same term.
