SASCO to receive SAR 8 mln from housing ministry after court ruling

The General Court in Riyadh ordered the Saudi Ministry of Housing to pay SAR 8.23 million in compensation to Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO), the company said in a bourse filing.

 

In 2013, SASCO had filed a legal claim against the ministry for encroachment on the former’s land in Hafar Al-Batin region.

 

The relevant financial impact will reflect on SASCO’s earnings for the period ending March 31, 2019.
