Yamama Cement to vote on board remuneration in April

Yamama Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on SAR 2.4 million in board remuneration for fiscal year 2018 in the general assembly meeting scheduled for Apr. 2, 2019.

 

Shareholders will also discuss financial statements and audit reports for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

They will also vote on the board’s report and the discharge of board members from liability for the same fiscal year.

 

An auditor will be appointed for the current fiscal year and Q1 2020, the statement added.
