Arabian Centres appoints new CEO

Fawaz Alhokair Group’s subsidiary Arabian Centres Co. has appointed Olivier Nougarou as its chief executive officer, the firm said in a statement.

 

The step comes as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its position in the sector, it said.

 

Nougarou has over 15 years of experience in the retail real estate sector. He was previously CEO for Unibail-Rodamco Germany, one of the largest real estate firms in Europe.

 

He also worked at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, the statement added.
