SVCP shareholders to vote on board, audit reports in April

Saudi Vitrifies Clay Pipes Co.’s (SVCP) shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 2, the company said in a bourse statement.

They will also vote on delegating the company’s board to distribute cash dividend during FY 2019.

Meanwhile, they will vote on all other items on the meeting’s agenda including amending bylaws.
