Arabian Cement to vote on 2018 dividend on April 7

Arabian Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2018, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 7, 2019.

 

Shareholders will also delegate the company’s board of directors to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on a quarterly or a semi-annual basis according the corporate law.
