Aljazira Mawten REIT records profit in FY 2018

Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund reported a net profit of SAR 368,754 for fiscal year 2018, fund manager Aljazira Capital said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

Net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 115.8 million, or SAR 9.81 per unit, with the number of total units amounting to 11.8 million units.

 

NAV – based on fair value – stood at SAR 9.68 per unit.

 

Total expenses and fees hit SAR 2.03 million for the same period.

 

The full-year yield was -1.33 percent.

 

Funds from operations amounted to SAR 63.4 million, the statement added.
