Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance Co. on Mar. 17 terminated a marketing contract with its agent, Wattad Insurance Co.
The decision came as part of Gulf Union’s new selling and marketing strategy that mainly focuses on online sales, the insurer said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The contract termination is unlikely to have a financial impact on the insurer’s financial results, the statement added.
