National Gypsum to vote on dividend on April 9

Natioal Gypsum Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a 4 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2018, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 9, 2019.

 

Shareholders will also vote on using statutory deposit to offset the company’s accumulated losses of SAR 8.33 million.
