Hail Cement approves board, audit reports for FY 2018

Hail Cement Co.’s shareholders approved on Monday audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2018.

 

Meanwhile, they approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including appointing an external auditor.
