Alandalus Property Co. launched operations at Al-Marwa Mall in Jeddah, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.
“Commencement of operation was delayed beyond the previously announced date (end of the fourth quarter 2018) due to the time spent to meet the requirements of the regulatory authorities,” the real estate developer added.
“The financial impact of the new shopping center is likely to appear in Q1 2019,” the statement added.
Al-Marwa Mall is 70 percent-owned by Alandalus and 30 percent-owned by Mohammed Abdul Aziz Al Rajhi & Sons Investment.
