Northern Cement shareholders to vote on dividend freeze April 21

Northern Region Cement Co.' shareholders on April 21 will vote on withholding dividends for fiscal 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

They will also vote on the financial statements and the audit’s reports for the same period.

 

Shareholders will also discuss the board report for the same fiscal year and board remuneration of SAR 200,000 for each member for FY 2018.

 

An external auditor will be also appointed, the statement added.
