Edaa adds ANB bonus shares into investors accounts

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) deposited today Arab National Bank’s (ANB) bonus shares after capital hike into investors’ accounts, it said in a bourse statement.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, ANB shareholders approved in March a 50 percent capital hike to SAR 15 billion from SAR 10 billion through the issue of one bonus share for every two shares held.
