Nama Chemicals sacks CEO, appoints Abdullah Al-Enazi as new chief

Nama Chemicals Co.’s  board of directors decided today to end the services of chief executive office Kamal Mohammed Fatayerji, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision is effective immediately, it added.

 

Based on the recommendation of the nominations committee, the company appointed today Abdullah Audah Al-Enazi as the new CEO effective April 2, it said in a separate statement.

 

Al-Enazi has over 25 years of experience in executive management in areas of industrialization and investment, and has served as an executive and board member in several listed firms, it added.
