Saudi Ceramic appoints new chairman

Saudi Ceramic Co. appointed today Yousef Saleh Abalkhail as the new chairman and reappointed Abdulkarim Ibrahim Alnafie as deputy chairman, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

In an ordinary general assembly meeting, the firm appointed the remaining members of the board for the new three-year term and formed the executive, and remunerations and nominations committees, the statement said.
