SVCP shareholders approve board, audit reports for FY 2018

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co.’s (SVCP) shareholders have approved audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting held on April 2, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They have also approved delegating the company’s board to distribute cash dividend during FY 2019.

 

Meanwhile, they approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including amending bylaws.
