Tasnee shareholders to elect new board April 25

Shareholders of National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) will vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term starting from July 6, 2019, in the general assembly meeting scheduled for April 25.

 

They will also vote on the audit and board reports as well as financial statements for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
