City Cement approves 4% dividend for FY 2018

City Cement Co.’s shareholders have approved a 4 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2018, during the general assembly meeting held on April 4, 2019.

 

Shareholders have also approved delegating the company’s board of directors to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on a quarterly or a semi-annual basis according the corporate law and the company’s financial position and cash flows.
