CBRE opens Jeddah office to boost regional presence

Global real estate consulting firm, CBRE, has expanded its regional operations with the opening of its second office in Saudi Arabia.

 

Located in Al Kayyal in Jeddah, the office will have a permanent team who will be offering a range of services including research, advisory and consulting.

 

“The launch of CBRE’s Jeddah office reinforces the firm’s longstanding commitment to the region, and continued support of the Government’s impressive growth plans in line with Vision 2030,” it said in a statement today.

 

“The move also follows sustained demand from public and private local clients in the Kingdom who seeks world-class strategic consultancy services for the nation’s many upcoming projects,” the statement further added.
