Tabuk Cement names new Chairman, Vice Chairman

Tabuk Cement’s board of directors appointed Saud Suliman AlJuhani as new Chairman of the board, effective as of April 14, 2019, the Saudi cement producer said in a bourse filing.

 

The board also accepted the resignation of Chairman Saeed Obaid effective April 14, 2019.

 

Tareq Khalid AlAngari was also named as a Vice Chairman of the board, the statement added.
