Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) shareholders are set to vote on an 8 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on May 1, 2019.
Shareholders will also vote on long-term employee incentive program and delegate board members to distribute cash dividend for FY 2019.
