National Agriculture Marketing Co.’s (Thimar) board of directors recommended a capital increase via a rights issue at SAR 150 million, the company said in a bourse filing.
The capital rise, which is pending the regulatory approvals, will be directed for financing the company’s expansions.
Falcom Financial Services was appointed to advise on the offering.
