Saudi Aramco on Wednesday announced that it has priced an offering of $12 billion in its inaugural international bond issuance. The issuance is comprised of five tranches of senior unsecured notes under Saudi Aramco’s Global Medium Term Note Program, a statement said.
The five tranches include: $1 billion, 2.750 percent senior notes due 2022; $2 billion 2.875 percent senior notes due 2024; $3 billion 3.50 percent senior notes due 2029; $3 billion 4.250 percent senior notes due 2039; and $3 billion 4.375 percent senior notes due 2049.
The offering is expected to close on April 16, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions, the statement said, adding that the notes will trade on the London Stock Exchange.
